A3GEO worked closely with the developer, structural engineer and contractor to develop a unique foundation support system designed to address the geotechnical, structural and adjacent building considerations. A3GEO evaluated historic use of the project site, conducted site investigation, developed geotechnical design parameters, and provided foundation recommendations. Construction complete in April 2016.
